How does the engraving process work?
The design first of all has to be approved both by the client and then by us. We then use a laser engraving machine which provides superior accuracy. The laser etches your specific design onto the glass. The etching is permanent and can be cherished by your loved one for many years.
How long does the process take?
We try to ensure the process is as quick as possible, with staff members making all projects a top priority. The process is labour intensive so please allow 4-6 weeks for the entire process to be sure.
How will I know when my engraved product is ready?
